" Rococo School (c. 1760) - The Thief Bird"
- Oil on canvas. Lined fabric. - This magnificent painting was part of the wall decoration of a Parisian house in the mid-18th century. The liberality of the representation, which avoids pompous narratives, preferring to capture a trivial moment of nature, as well as the architecture that completes the scene, based on lattices, curves, cornucopias and rocailles, reveal its belonging to the full Rococo.
