"Jean-michel Atlan. Pastel On Paper "abstract Figures" 38 X 28 Cm"
Pastel on paper "abstract figures" signed and dated lower right Atlan 52. French school. 38 X 28 cm. Jean-Michel Atlan (1913-1960). Our pastel was not recognized by Mr. Jacques Elbaz, the artist's legal representative. However, of the two works from an estate that were submitted to him, Mr. Elbaz recognized one of the same size and bearing the same date that went on sale at Tajan (sale of September 24, 2024) and was sold for 2,500 euros. Unframed. A small tear on the bottom of the left side. Two folds at the top right and in the center towards the right. Good general condition. (attached is a photo of the two pastels together)
