"Bronze Sculpture Signed Le Duc Representing Two Seated Braques"
French animal sculptor, trained at the school of Pierre Lenordez and Antoine-Louis Barrye, he exhibited a large number of bronzes and plasters at the Salon from 1873 to 1914. From 1890 to 1907, he participated in the Salon of the National Society of Fine Arts with animal subjects and equestrian portraits. A museum is dedicated to him at the Château de Matignon in Torigni sur Vire, his hometown.
