Bronze with brown patina representing an Officer of the Chasseurs à Cheval of the Imperial Guard of the 1st Empire charging.
He brandishes his sabre on his rearing horse seeming to call his men to follow him. The posture is very original and the face very expressive.
He is in full dress uniform with dolman and pelisse thrown over his shoulder. His colback sports the plume on the side and the cord.
The terrace is signed G.Trotin and below is the mention Bronze France.
