"Silver-plated Bronze Wall Lamp. Louis XIV Regency."
3-branch wall candlestick in cast and silvered bronze. Relief decoration of a solar face topped with 2 eagle heads. The silvering is very thick and shows no wear, it would seem that it is original. A very thin plate of silvered copper serves as a reflecting mirror. All the elements are held together by old craft screws, some have been replaced by industrial screws. The reflective plate is traced with oblique lines simulating rain. We believe that this wall light is from the beginning of the 18th century. No restoration, good condition. Approximately 60x30cm.
