"Ancient Venetian Velvet Fabric "a Cammino" 78x68 Cm"
This interesting sample of antique velvet features horizontal development replicas -hence called a cammino- of a Renaissance-style motif: a five-lobed corolla containing a stylized pine cone.It is most likely a Venetian production from the late 19th century or early 20th century.
The sample is bordered all around by metallic trim.
