The composition highlights the colorful fishing boats, as well as the built environment of the port. The touch is dynamic, fast. The whole is very decorative and resolutely positive.
The work is clean, in very good condition. It is signed lower right. It is soberly framed with a black rod, which brings out the bright colors. On the back, a mention in Italian, probably written by the artist.
This painting was made by Giancarlo Landi, born in 1941, who painted Livorno on many occasions and is regularly exhibited there.
