Rare Art Deco period trumeau in stuccoed wood painted in gold and white. On the sides, geometric floral motifs typical of this very particular style, and in the center at the top a plaster bas-relief with an antique scene in the style of Clodion's creations. No apparent signature. Fairly good condition overall, there have been some patina repairs, dust spots on the bas-relief, but coherent overall. Art Deco period around 1925-1930.
