"Late Louis XVI Period Flat Desk"
Flat desk with all sides in mahogany and mahogany veneer decorated with brass fillets and moldings. It opens on the front with four drawers, one of which forms a chest and two side pulls. Tapered, fluted legs. The top is covered with black leather gilded with small irons. Neoclassical period, late Louis XVI, early 19th century.
