"Antique Malachite Cameos Gold Earrings"
We present a very special pair of antique earrings in malachite hand-carved in a charming detailed classical head of Diana, the goddess of the hunting and woods. She carries a quiver with arrows and on the head has a thiara. The hand-carving is very delicate and Top Quality full of small details and the femal head is in a live-posture realistic movement. A typical souvenir of the Grand Tour period for the tourist visiting Italy. The mounting is in 14K filigree Gold. An old hallmark is on the hooks.From a Grand Tour collection in Rome. they are in perfect condition.
