"Tapestry "the Garland Of Fruits" After The Painting By Peter Paul Rubens"
Tapestry "The Garland of Fruit" after the painting by Peter Paul Rubens 128 x 174 cm "The Garland of Fruit", also "The Crown of Fruit" or "The Luck of Time", is an allegorical painting made jointly by Peter Paul Rubens, Frans Snyders and Jan Wildens in 1616-1617. In this painting, Rubens depicts his children as putti, while Snyders executes the garland of fruit in the manner of a still life, and Wildens completes the landscape painting in the background. The baroque motif of the 17th-century Flemish painting is one of the most famous depictions of putti in the history of art.
