Oil on plywood panel "the cabin in the meadow" unsigned. French school. 55.5 X 38.3 cm. Edmond Amédée Heuzé (1884-1967). Bears a cartouche indicating the name of the artist on the frame. Sales label stuck to the back of the panel and an annotation specifying the Rouen auction room and the date of April 6, 1974. To be compared with an oil on panel, "House in a landscape", 37 X 46 cm sold at Biarritz Enchères (lot N°163) on July 19, 2020. Modern wooden and gilded stucco frame. Good condition.
