18th Century Domed Mail or Stagecoach Trunk.

Interesting 18th century mail trunk.
In excellent condition, this oak travel trunk with a domed lid has retained its beautiful original wrought iron hinges. Mounted with dovetails, it is compartmentalized inside. The lock is missing but there is a later one that can be installed.

An unusual trunk and an interesting document with its handles on the sides it can offer many possibilities of use and storage.
