Ancient Hindu sacred stone called "Shiva Lingam". This marble stone of a very slightly bluish gray and veined traditionally comes from the Narmada River located in western India. Ovoid in shape, it represents in Hindu worship the opposing and complementary energies of Yin and Yan and is also referred to as the "Cosmic Egg". The model presented here is of ancient manufacture and of beautiful dimensions; it has a very beautiful polish with its patina of use. It is a strong object with very pure and timeless lines.
