"Old Silver-plated Braided Metal Planter"
Made from thick braided brass ribbons, this planter, likely of Italian or French manufacture (no marks to help us attribute it), dates back to the 1970s.Originally, this piece was silver-plated. Some traces of the original silver plating remain, but with use, much of it has worn off, leaving some plating in the crevices of the braid.
Two other identical planters are also available, sold separately, as they are less worn in the silver plating and come with a waterproof insert.
