This superb 19th century pareclose mirror embodies the opulence and refinement of the Baroque or Rococo style. Its carved and gilded wooden frame features particularly rich ornamentation, with volutes, acanthus leaves and openwork motifs, testifying to remarkable craftsmanship. Some details are in stucco. The octagonal structure is enhanced by parecloses, small additional mirrors framing the central mirror, adding a decorative dimension and a unique depth effect.
