Length with scabbard: 104.5 cm
Brass mount.
Three-branched guard decorated with palmettes and flowers.
Short-tailed cap, monogrammed "JR" Black horn handle with filigree.
Brass ferrule.
Straight blade with fullers: 87 cm.
2.8 cm at the heel.
Hallmark of "G.Barre a Paris"
Marked on the back: Manufacture d'Armes-Offer de Cavie. Mle 1883
Original steel scabbard with a bail strap, also monogrammed "JR".
Horn and filigree intact.
A set in very good condition.
