"Art Deco Lamp Sculpture Signed Guerbe & Le Verrier"
Large Art Deco lighting sculpture by Pierre Le Faguays (1892-1962) signed with his pseudonym Guerbe located on the terrace and justified by the Le Verrier workshop stamp (Max Le Verrier 1891-1973) Listed model entitled ''Espana'' in old edition art cast iron decorated with a partially gilded antique green bronze patina. Beautiful cubist composition depicting a young woman, partially naked dressed in a loincloth with a hieroglyphic pattern, walking gracefully on a Saint Laurent marble terrace with steps, she holds a fan in thick sepia glass engraved with a cubist pattern diffusing the lighting in transparency. Good general and electrical condition, dimensions: 51 cm high X 34 cm long X 11 cm deep
