Ceramic coffee table and wooden base of the "herbarium" model by Roger Capron. Workshop stamp. This model with a wooden structure is composed of stoneware tiles with plant prints. This model with a wooden structure precedes those in steel. Roger Capron was born in Vincennes in 1922, he studied at the School of Applied Arts; in 1946 he joined Vallauris and founded the Atelier Callis with R Picault and Jean Derval. In 1952 he opened his own workshop "Atelier Capron" This coffee table is in perfect condition
