Rare and interraressant soliflore vase with aquatic decoration by Paul Nicolas. Fine decoration entirely cleared with acid of a richly decorated aquatic scene? We find long algae stirred by the current, shells on the bottom, a scorpion fish and especially a pretty crab. Beautiful finesse of engraving, as always with master glassmaker. Note the beautiful colors with this intense red. Piece signed on the side "d' Argental' 26 cm high, perfect condition, circa 1925. Very beautiful piece of art-nouveau glassware, original and rare decoration!
