"Louis XV Style Gilded Wood Mirror With Glazing Beads, Late 18th Century"
Large mirror with a molded wooden pareclose carved and gilded with flowers and rocailles. Openwork pediment with large flowered shell, acanthus and crosspieces. Uprights with flower falls and leafy crescents. Frames with friezes of gadroons and volutes. The whole rests on ends of feet decorated with gadroons and shells. Original mercury glass (small wear spots), original parquet floors. Beautiful gold leaf gilding. This mirror is in perfect condition, it was cleaned in our workshop and its proportions, its quality of gilding, the absence of losses make it a rare piece of high quality.
