"19th Century Swiss Music Box "

Swiss music box 19th CENTURY, Napoleon III period, 12 pieces of music on a large roller. The large rollers have large combs which give very powerful bass notes (rare in music boxes), and long pieces. The box is in rosewood, marquetry of birds, butterflies and snails on branches on the tray, on the front face a frieze with a vine and its grapes.
