A fine octagonal tea bowl and saucer very finely painted with peonies in bloom emerging from a rock decoration. Gilt rims. Qianlong, mid 18th century.

Saucer diameter from side to side: 13.0cm (5 1/6").

Condition: There is a small chip 0.3cm wide to the outer rim of the tea bowl, the saucer is perfect
