"Rearing Horse In Solid Bronze By Jean Louis Cazieux"
Rearing horse on an altuglas base signed by Jean Louis Cazieux, unique piece, French sculptor born in 1924 in Bordeaux and died in 2003 in Royan. He is known for his sculptures of war memorials, but also created other works including statues, busts and abstract sculptures. He was also active in teaching, having taught at the Bordeaux School of Fine Arts and the La Rochelle School of Fine Arts. The horse is made of solid bronze, it weighs 15 kilos. The bronze is silver-colored and it is also signed under the belly. The base measures 27 cm x 11 cm. The height of the horse is 34 cm
