An elegant pair of armchairs from the Genoese Charles X era, reflecting the craftsmanship and style of the renowned cabinetmaker Enrico Peter. In the 1830s, Peter established his workshop in Genoa, where he became known for his use of precious woods and a design language that blended English influences with the Italian aesthetic of the time.

These armchairs feature a backrest with two uprights, finely shaped and carved with foliage and scroll motifs. The curved armrests end in volutes, while the front legs are turned and the back legs have a saber shape.

The upholstery has been recently restored, ensuring both comfort and aesthetic refinement.
