"Tabernacle Facade In Carved Wood - 17th Century "
Our highly relief carved tabernacle façade is made of walnut, softwood and oak. It features twisted Corinthian columns.
Flowers fall from cornucopias, the divine perfumes of which one can almost smell. On the pediment, a majestic chubby cherub's head guards the Sacred Door, with its wings covering it with its Grace.
This piece comes from the south of France and was produced during the 17th century.
Dimensions of 71 cm high by 51 cm wide and 14 cm deep.
Used condition - The cornice has been redone.
