The stem is decorated with a knot with cabochons. A kneeling seraph supports the central lunula, it is surrounded by a set of arrows, fleurons and pinnacles and niches where are present, guardians of the host offered in Adoration, Saint Joseph and Saint Teresa of Avila, to whom Saints Peter and Paul respond.
Above the canopy, the figure of God the Father in the Cloud is accompanied by the dove of the Holy Spirit.
A cross sums up and completes the presentation of this masterpiece of 19th century goldsmithing.
