"Majorelle Art Nouveau Display Cabinet"
Atypical piece of furniture from the Ateliers Majorelle (1859-1926) Art Nouveau Nancy School, inlaid with native wood, unsigned, depicting a lake landscape of water lilies and dragonflies, composed in the upper part of two circular presentation trays on a twisted base. Tray supporting two trompe l'oeil drawers decorated with branches and foliage. In the lower part, two doors inlaid with water lilies and dragonflies opening onto shelves. Bottom covered with light green fabric. Restored and in very good condition. Height 1.50 m, width 1.00 m, depth 0.45 m.
