"Shakudo Shibuichi And Silver Articulated Bracelet 1930"
This exceptional bracelet is made up of 15 Japanese mixed metal plates with a bamboo motif decorated with plant and insect motifs in meticulous gold and silver inlays. The plates are in three colors of metal, alternating black and gray bronze.The setting is in silver articulated with hinges, perfectly functional ratchet clasp and safety chain. Unidentified Asian hallmarks on the ratchet.
Setting tested silver with a touchstone.

Superb condition, period first third of the 20th century, circa 1930.
