Superb kidney-shaped inkwell, made of lacquer, porcelain and gilt bronze mount, Louis XV style and dating from the 19th century, incorporating antique elements.

Resting on three elegantly crafted feet, it presents in its center a three-light candelabra decorated with a sculpted child. Two inkwells rest on a finely crafted rocaille base, framing a central cup. The lacquer bottom is delicately decorated with a landscape.
