"Emile Rouma (liège), High Quality Compass, Early 19th Century"
Emile Rouma (1808-1827) son of Gilles Rouma, clockmaker of the Prince-Bishop of Liège, worked first on the street under the tower, then on the place St Lambert in Liège. He obtained a gold medal for a marine clock at the Exhibitions of National Industrial Products of 1820.
