Very decorative marine lamp, anchor light type, dating from the beginning of the 20th century. In copper and cupro-nickel alloy commonly used in the navy for its corrosion resistance properties and its antifouling nature preventing the proliferation of marine organisms on the surface of the metal. A thick amber yellow glass has been blown through the copper protective mesh thus constituting numerous convex shapes similar to bubbles. Today, this lantern lamp can be hung as a wall light or placed on a piece of furniture, diffusing a warm ambient light. Electricity completely redone. Weight: 1750 grams
