About Us Rocaille have a showroom in the South of France, Montpellier and an office in England. We ship items between the UK, Ireland and France every few weeks. We also ship worldwide. We specialise in European decorative furniture and decorative pieces for the home, garden and commercial environment. We supply antiques to the general public, interior designers, film designers and commercial businesses. Shipping Our main depot is located in Montpellier in the South of France. The majority of our stock will be dispatched from here. For smaller items weighing less than 20kg and with a circumference of 180cm (w+hx2) this will be a box of approximately 50 x 30 x 40cm. Delivery 7-14 days depending on your location. You may be subject to customs charges for your parcel which will be payable on delivery of your item. Large items to the UK and EU These items will be dispatched with our own transport partners who operate between the UK, France and Spain. We aim to dispatch these items within 2-4 weeks. We can ship to other EU countries but delivery times will vary. Please contact us for a shipping quote Bulky Items - Overseas Shipping We will need your full address to obtain a true shipping cost from our shipping partners. Once all costs are agreed we will arrange packing and crating if required. The shipment will then be delivered to our UK freight forwarding partners and booked for the next sailing. Sailings can take between 2-4 weeks depending on your destination. If you do not have a customs broker to arrange customs duties (you may be liable for tax on your purchase) and paperwork our shipping partners can assist you. These overseas deliveries can take between 4-8 weeks. Insurance For any shipments where you have paid additional insurance charges, in the unfortunate event of damage in transit. All damages must be reported to the final destination carrier and to us immediately so that we can initiate the claims process. Returns In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase to arrange a return and refund. Returns must be in the original packaging as received Items must be returned in "as sold" condition. The buyer must notify the relevant shipping company that this is a return and cover all costs.
