Antique liquor cave signed Alphonse Giroux (1776-1848) in blackened wood and brass inlay. It contains a set of 16 glasses, 4 crystal carafes and a gilded bronze glass holder. High quality work and in excellent condition.

In the first half of the 19th century (until 1867), Maison Alphonse Giroux was a major Parisian manufacturer of luxury accessories and quality furniture.
