Object description :

""the Chinaillon, The Pointe Percée" Bovier-lapierre"
Etienne BOVIER-LAPIERRE was born in Saint-Chamond in 1908. He died in 1987 in Veyrier du Lac. A former student of the Beaux-Arts in Saint-Etienne, he was a member of the Artistes Français and a member of the Société des peintres de montagne. Seduced by Cariffa's knife painting and a great lover of mountain races, he painted on location. This painting represents the Pointe Percée, the highest point of the Aravis range (2750m). Etienne Bovier-Lapierre appears in the book "Les peintres de la Savoie" by Anne Buttin and Sylvain Jacqueline. The dimensions of the painting with the frame are 26.5 cm x 34.5 cm. The packaging, shipping and insurance costs by Colissimo suivi are €20 for France and €30 for the European Union. For the rest of the world, contact me.
