Object description :

"Complete Coffee Service For 8, Gold And Blue Porcelain, Empire Restoration Period - 11 Pieces"
Coffee and tea service for 8 people in gilded Paris porcelain composed of a coffee pot, a milk jug, a sugar bowl and 8 large litron cups and their saucers. Beautiful gilded decoration with fine gold in matt and shiny, with patterns of fluting, gold daisies and blue cornflowers. The interior of the cups is entirely gilded over the entire height, which gives the illusion of "drinking gold" when the cup is full. End of the Empire or Restoration period (around 1820-1830). The set is in excellent condition. The gilding is exceptionally fresh, almost without wear. One handle is missing and the lid is cracked on the sugar bowl, otherwise no accident. Height of the cups: 7cm Diameter of the cups: 7cm Saucer diameter: 12cm Coffee pot height: 25cm Milk jug height: 20cm Sugar bowl height: 16cm
