"Half-moon Console In Walnut Wood, Typical Of Dauphiné, 18th Century"
Console in solid walnut, typical of Dauphiné, recognizable in particular by its curved legs ending in the shape of a hoof. Top in very thick (more than 4 cm), irregular griotte marble, typical of hand-cut marbles at this time. Belt decorated with a molded relief decoration, cut directly into the mass, rare in these proportions. This regional French piece of furniture dates from the middle of the 18th century.
