Set Of 12 Aquavit Glasses Monogram King Gustav V Of Sweden - Orrefors Crystal

Complete set of 12 aquavit or liqueur glasses from the Swedish crystal maker Orrefors all glasses are engraved with the monogram of King Gustav V of Sweden (1858-1950) surmounted by a crown, in an art deco style. The engraver is none other than Edvard Hald (1883-1980) very famous and recognized for the quality and finesse of his engravings on various crystal pieces, contributing to the prestige of the House of Orrefors for many years. The glasses are all signed on the foot and include among other things the initial H for Hald and the signature O for Orrefors This is an order around the 1930s intended for a Swedish count's family.
