Large sewing box, games or jewelry box in amaranth and brass marquetry. Work from the Napoleon III period around 1850. It bears the word "travail" in inlaid brass on the lid. The interior is covered with its original paper in used condition, with the label of the merchant A Lion Fils, 210 rue Saint Martin (in Paris). The set is in very good condition.
