Pretty table bell, used by the lady of the house to call the servants. The push button on the top activates a pendulum bell. Gilded brass structure, decorated with a porcelain cup. French work in the Chinese taste, Napoleon III period, late 19th century. Amusing object of curiosity, one of those little details that make an authentic decoration in a 19th century property or apartment. Very good condition, the bell works, no accidents, the porcelain cup intact, slight wear to the gilding. Height 13cm
