Very pretty little bridal globe and its interior from the late 19th century.
The interior consists of the bride's crown with orange blossom buds and flowers in wax, and the bride's bouquet in mixed work: porcelain flowers, pearls, small elongated pink coral pearls, fabric leaves and also gilded brass with mosaic inclusions of what appear to be butterfly wings.
This globe comes from a collector's collection of 13 globes of different sizes, shapes and interiors, each unique and also for sale.
Condition: the interior is in very good condition.
The globe has a defect in the glass-blowing at the front (pic 5) and a crack at the back (pic 6-7).
