Lovely pair of Chinese vases in oxblood-colour glazed ceramic mounted on a quadripod openwork bronze support. The neck is decorated with a chiseled bronze hoop.Signature 'E. ENOT PARIS” under the base of each vase.
Active in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Edouard Enot specialized in the bronze mounting of art objects. He had his own workshop at 6 rue Chauveau-Lagarde in Paris and collaborated with many French houses, such as l'Escalier de Cristal and Baccarat.
Very good condition.
