Finely Striped Silk Veil Bodice - Late 19th Century

Lovely bodice in striped shaped silk veil whose wide collar and cuffs are enhanced with a guipure with a notched edge. Interior lined with very fine silk. The black has not undergone any discoloration and the whole is in very good condition. No fragility of the materials. Unwashed piece with slight signs of use. Condition: Its two small holes of approximately 1/2 cm in diameter should be noted. One on the back of a sleeve a little above the wrist and the other on the front of the other sleeve in the upper part not far from the armhole (see photos).
