"A Linen Shirt From An Elegant Romantic Period - France Circa 1830"
Circa 1830 France An elegant shirt from the Romantic period in white linen. Beautiful work of religious pleating in front and puffed sleeves tightened at the wrists. Shirt complete with its white glass buttons. Note slight scratches at the folds at the wrists, the length having been cut at the bottom also in the 20th century during a reuse. Signed in red embroidery at the bottom right. Clean and ironed shirt. Good general condition. Dimensions: equivalent to Men's size 48.
