"Shagreen Thimble Holder Case With Solid Gold Thimble End Of 18th Early 19th Century"
Small thimble holder box covered in shagreen with small push button. It contains a thimble in solid 18 carat gold (tested with a touchstone). It has a small hole. I think at the level of the guarantee hallmark which is therefore no longer visible and which must have weakened it because the thimble is otherwise in very good condition. The thimble measures 2.3 cm in height. The box measures 2.8 cm in height and 2.3 cm in diameter on the upper part.
