A statue stylistically echoing the biological symbol of women, which was sculpted to promote fertility and support motherhood, Akwaaba meaning "Welcome." The statue has a beautiful patina of use and a pearl necklace around its neck. The object is authentic and has no restorations. The object dates back to the mid-20th century.
