US Springfield 1873 Trapdoor Socket Bayonet These bayonets were assigned to the Springfield Model 1873 Trapdoor rifle.
They were used during the Indian Wars.
This one is with its scabbard and gusset.
The total length of the bayonet with its scabbard is 56cm.
Very good condition.
