Boulle Cartel on its console, in bronze with brown patina and red tortoiseshell, from the Napoleon III period. The dial with enameled cartouches is signed Balthazar Paris; the keyholes have some chips.
Balance wheel with the effigy of the Sun King (face in a sun).
The movement bears the name Japy Frères with the cartouche of the medal of honor; it is visible through the side windows.
Cartel offered for sale as is: some cracks, losses and chips to the tortoiseshell.
