He is a French painter and architect born in Toulouse. He received a 2nd class medal at the Salon of 1881.
He was awarded the Legion of Honor in 1899.
A qualified architect, he participated in the construction of numerous institutional monuments in honor of famous figures in France: The Hall of Illustrious Men at the Capitol of Toulouse, which he rebuilt and decorated. The Elysée Palace has two of his watercolors, produced at the request of President Sadi Carnot.
There are also moments in the United States "Lafayette and his war companions" in Washington and Argentina.
