Horus in the form of a falcon, perched on a column with a lotiform capital.
These small plaques or strips of embossed gold (a working technique adopted since Antiquity, which consists of shaping very thin and malleable metal from the reverse side to create a bas-relief motif) were used as decorative plating or inlay elements, in this case likely for a casket.
